Colorado Community Bank is planning to open a location in Evans, Colo., but the financial institution isn't stopping there. Besides the Evans location, the bank plans to open locations this year in Firestone, Colo., and Highlands Ranch, Colo.
According to the Greeley (Colo.) Tribune, the bank has signed a $1.6 million contract to purchase a former Eckerd's pharmacy in Evans, Colo., and convert it into a bank and small retail area. The paper noted that construction will begin in April or May to convert the existing building into an appropriate space for retail and a bank.
Colorado Community Bank is owned by Washington Investment Co.
