Central Station Alarm Association Announces 2006 Expo

July 19, 2005
Renamed exposition transitions from NASS EX to new format, returns to Georgia

The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) has announced the details on its 2006 CSAA Electronic Security Forum and Expo. The Expo, formerly known as NASS EX (the North American Security Symposium and Exposition) will be held in Savannah, Ga., at the Hyatt Regency from May 17-21, 2006.

In a statement announcing the dates and location of the 2006 event, CSAA noted the confusion that the regular name changing of the event has created, from its origins as the NAMTSE (North American Monitoring Technology Symposium and Exhibition) to the NASS EX show to the new name of the CSAA Electronic Security Forum and Exposition.

The meeting will coincide with a CSAA Board of Directors meeting, but the "meat" of the expo will include a variety technical presentations and education tracks for those in the central station business. An exhibit hall will feature industry technologies, from such companies as Bold Technologies, Brivo, Napco, Honeywell, GE, System Sensor and others who have already committed to attending the expo.

To get additional details on the CSAA Expo, visit the CSAA website, www.csaaul.org, or call CSAA's Director of Meetings and Conventions John McDonald at (703) 242-4670, ext. 17.
