Hesperia, Calif., will be home to a new $6 million library according to reports from the Hesperia Star newspaper. The paper reported that the library's design has been completed by LPA, of Irvine, Calif., and that the city plans to break ground on the library in six months. It is not known what the city currently plans in terms of security and access control. Hesperia, Calif., is located east of Los Angeles.
