Acquisition to bolster company’s presence in Tulsa, Okla. market

Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group announced last week that Tulsa, Okla.-based Guardian Security Systems has acquired a block of accounts from Controller Security, which is also based in Tulsa.

In a statement, Glenn Albers, vice president of dealer operations for Guardian said that the acquisition would help the company "expand their dominance of the Tulsa market." In October, Guardian purchased a block of accounts from NEOSAT Alarms in the same market.

Skip Houston, owner of Controller Security, said that he was "very pleased to be able to place his subscribers with a high-quality central station that has a local Tulsa presence."
