F.E. Moran Alarm President Barry Bean expects significant growth, and with the acquisition of Indianapolis-based Myers Protection Services, he’s one step closer. F.E. Moran Alarm is based in Champaign, Illinois.
Bean said the addition of the alarm company is another step toward becoming one of the "Top 20 by 2020" alarm companies in terms of revenue.
"This platform purchase gives us entrance into a new market from which we will aggressively expand," he said. "[MPS Owner] David has built an extraordinary, well respected company with dedicated employees and a strong customer base. We’re going to build on those attributes."
David L. Myers, owner of Myers Protection Services, said the acquisition fulfills the desire to grow the company with the capital and influence of a larger organization, while also maintaining his belief of making the customer experience a top priority.

With the acquisition, F.E. Moran Alarm adds over 3,000 residential and commercial subscribers.
