PSA Security Network has announced staff changes this summer that help shape the services that the security product buying cooperative offers to its members. First, Ric McCullough has been named as the vice president of sales and customer service. Additionally, Craig Patterson has taken the role of director of vendor management. And finally, PSA is continuing its focus of offering quality education to its members, and is supporting that mission by naming Krista Ferndelli as the new director of education.
PSA also released some details on its fall convention. The PSA Convention will be held Oct. 19-23, 2012, in Destin, Fla. It's traditionally a networking and education event for PSA owners, and offers leadership and business management education. While the name of the keynote speaker hasn't been made public yet, PSA's director of marketing Lisa Cole said the topic is about how to protect your small busines from internal embezzlement and fraud.
