Sharon Shaw, who championed education at PSA Security Network, has been appointed president of Integrator Support LLC.
Formerly director of education for PSA, Shaw takes on the new role at the organization, charged with leading Integrator Support's efforts to transition systems integrators into a managed-services based business model.
"Integrator Support's vision is to become the most valuable resource to systems integrators transitioning to a service-based business model,” according to Shaw. “This is a direction that will not only improve the participating dealers' businesses by making them more profitable, enhancing their value proposition to new and existing customers, but also provide end-users with a highly-effective security solution at an affordable price.” Shaw served dual roles as director of Education at PSA Security as well as general manager of Integrator Support, a vendor partner to PSA.
Shaw will be responsible for establishing a nationwide dealer network, managing relations with vendor partners and service providers, implementing communications and marketing campaigns to both end-users and the integration channel.
Integrator Support is a wholesale provider of managed security services, administered through a state-of-the-art central monitoring station. It provides managed and hosted video and access control as well as remote virtual guarding.
