Company enters Mississippi market with acquisition of Golden Triangle Security Alliance

Nashville, Tenn.-based alarm firm ADS Security announced on Thursday that it is expanding into Mississippi following the acquisition of accounts and other related assets from Golden Triangle Security Alliance.

According to a statement, this will be the seventh state served by ADS in the Southeast.

"ADS continues to expand into new markets across the southeast by looking for companies with a tradition of outstanding service to their customers," said ADS President and COO John Cerasuolo. "Golden Triangle has built a strong business through superior customer service and we are excited to have the opportunity to establish our first office in Mississippi with a company of this quality."

ADS said that Golden Triangle will operate as division of the company "in the near term." Details of the purchase were not disclosed.

"We are pleased to welcome Golden Triangle customers to ADS and look forward to offering our security and automation services to the state of Mississippi," said Andy Cicero, vice president and general manager of Western Alabama and Mississippi for ADS.
