Security Partners LLC, based in Lancaster, Pa., has created an Advanced Services Division with the vision of generating additional recurring monthly revenue (RMR) from new and existing customers. Backed by its ongoing mission to provide the most effective wholesale monitoring services at a fair price to security installers throughout the U.S., Security Partners offers two-way voice, off-site data storage, remote access, remote video and a variety of other interactive monitoring platforms.
The Advanced Services Division was created in response to changes in the marketplace and increased demand from security dealers anxious for additional RMR opportunities, according to Michael Bodnar, Security Partners’ president.
"Over the past few years, and especially in the last couple of months, we've seen a rapid uptick in the demand from dealers for new RMR generating services, along with the training and know-how needed to enhance their business offerings," Bodnar said. "The creation of the Advanced Services Division gives us the opportunity to dedicate the resources needed to support these technologically advanced dealers."
Included in the Advanced Services Division offerings are: Advanced Video Services, Advanced Access Control Services and Advanced Personal Safety Services. Andrew Stadler will lead the division, promoted from his prior, long-time position with Security Partners in Business Development.
Finally, the company also announced the dates for its first Dealer Conference, May 14 through 16 at the company headquarters. The conference is open to all members of the Security Partners Dealer Network.
