Per Mar Security Services recently announced that it has acquired Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based Streff Security.
According to a statement, Streff Security entered the industry two years ago and was a division a Streff Electric, Inc., which will continue to provide service as an electrical contractor.
The acquisition is expected to add 250 alarm accounts to Per Mar’s rolls.
Per Mar said it will continue to offer the service provided by Streff, which include the installation of burglary, fire, CCTV and access control systems. The company’s operations will be moved into Per Mar's Cedar Rapids office.
