Nashville-based alarm dealer ADS Security announced this week that it has increased its footprint in the city of Chattanooga with its recent acquisition of customer accounts belonging to CrimeWatch Security.
According to a statement, the acquisition furthers the company’s goal of expanding regionally.
"ADS continues to expand our market share across the southeast by looking for companies with a tradition of outstanding service to their customers," said ADS President and CEO John Cerasuolo. "CrimeWatch Security has built a strong business through superior customer service and we are excited to have the opportunity to further expand our customer base throughout Chattanooga, North Georgia and East Tennessee."
In addition, ADS said that it will also service acquired customer accounts from CrimeWatch’s Hixson, Tenn. office.
