AT&T to launch 'Digital Life' in five new markets

Company's central station operators achieve CSAA Five Diamond Certification

Telecommunications giant AT&T recently announced that it will be launching its "Digital Life" home security and automation offering in five new markets.

According to a statement issued by the company, customers in Boston, Cleveland, Detroit, Portland, and San Antonio will be able view a live demo and purchase the service beginning on Friday in company owned retail stores. The company plans to introduce Digital Life in up to 50 markets by the end of this year.

"Digital Life is committed to offering our customers an easy and convenient way to secure their homes, protect their families and simplify their lives from virtually anywhere," said Kevin Petersen, president, Digital Life, Inc. "With the launch of these five  new markets, we’re looking forward to making Digital Life available to more customers throughout the country."

In addition, the company said that its’ central station operators have also achieved CSAA Five Diamond Certification. AT&T said that it has invested "significant time and resources" to ensure quality operator training.
