Wisconsin-based Security Electronics, Inc. announced on Thursday that it has purchased the accounts of Milwaukee Dynamic Security, Inc.
Don Larson, founder of Security Electronics said: “This is a great fit for our company. We both are in the same central monitoring facility and use much of the same equipment.”
Jim Veith, owner of Milwaukee Dynamic Security said of the deal: “We both think alike — that down-home Midwestern mentality. This will serve our customers well.”
Jim will be staying on during the transition period and then settle into retirement with his wife Pam.
Assisting Milwaukee Dynamic Security in the acquisition was Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
