Company announces new lineup of surveillance products at tradeshow

LAS VEGAS--(Business Wire)-- Alpha Networks, a global leader in the networking ODM/OEM industry, today announced it will feature a new lineup of digital home total solutions that meets every customer need, from entertainment and storage to security, at 2009 International CES, January 8-11 at Booth #60000, Las Vegas Hilton.

As digital multimedia content can now be found virtually everywhere, consumers are looking forward to easier ways to play, share, and store their valued digital content. At the upcoming grand launch event, Alpha Networks will unveil its entire range of digital home devices with customizable software design that infuse quality and reliability into products.

  • High Definition Media Player ADM-534H - This plug-and-play device can output multimedia content to TV, with HDMI support up to 1080p video resolution. The ADM-534H offers extensive video/audio decoding, including MPEG-1/2/4, DivX, Xvid, MKV, WMV9, VC-1, H.264, MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG, and more, making it the preferred choice among its peers.
  • IP-STB AST-1105 - This customizable IPTV total solution offers pre-integration of advanced middleware, CA and DRM systems, and VOD, by means of cooperation with mainstream STB software providers. AST-1105 also supports extensive multimedia formats and is extendable to hybrid DVB-T/S/C STB.
  • Network Attached Storage NAS-203 - Tailored for the home or small office environment, Alpha`s NAS-203 is a 2-bay SATA network storage device with standard, JBOD, and RAID 0/1 hard drive modes. It supports FTP/HTTP schedule download/backup and also implements a power-saving mode that features a smart fan design with multiple steps of fan speed that can save up to 50% of the power necessary for comparable network attached storage devices.
  • IP Camera - Alpha offers customers a wide selection of internet cameras with easy-to-use interfaces and free, bundled, 32-channel management software for home security and surveillance systems.
  • CS-991 - This high-end internet camera features MJPEG, MPEG4, and H.264 compression support, four profiles streaming simultaneously, and video quality up to VGA (640x480) at 30 fps. In addition, the CS-991 offers motion detection, pre-record/post-record, 3GPP, a built-in microphone, an RS-485 interface for external pan-tilt control, a GPIO interface, and power-over-Ethernet (POE) capability.
  • CS-950N - This camera supports MJPEG and MPEG4 dual formats, four streaming profiles, and video quality up to VGA (640x480) at 30 fps. Other features include motion detection, pre-record/post-record, 3GPP, a built-in microphone, and an RS-485 interface. In addition, the CS-950N offers an 802.11n wireless connection.
  • CS-638 - This camera supports MPEG4/MJPEG dual format compression, four streaming profiles, and video quality up to VGA (640x480) at 30 fps. Other features include motion detection, pre-record/post-record, 3GPP, a GPIO interface, and an IR-LED.
  • CS-325 - These home security internet cameras support MJPEG compression and video quality up to QVGA at 30fps. The CS-325 also has a built-in IR-LED for night vision function.
