Stanley appoints Rick Sidlowski VP of finance

Former SecurityLink accounting manager joins manufacturer's financial team


Naperville, IL (December 15, 2008) –Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. has named Rick Sidlowski to its U.S. financial team as Vice President of Finance.

Sidlowski has spent over twenty years in the financial industry, including sixteen years in the alarm industry in various financial management roles. Sidlowski was an Accounting Manager with the SecurityLink corporation and played a key role in the financial assimilation of acquisitions such as National Guardian, Forest Security and Norman Security. He also spent three years at Alarm Security Group (ASG) where he worked in corporate accounting including being the Director of Internal Audit and Acquisitions. Over the past six years prior to coming to Stanley CSS, Sidlowski worked for Siemens Corporation including roles as Regional Controller for the Security Division, Deployment Manager for an SAP conversion and Finance/Business Administration Manager for the Building Automation Division.

Rick earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and is currently in process of completing an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management.
