Company to provide perimeter security solutions to federal agencies

HACKENSACK, New Jersey – Safeguards Technology, a leading provider of perimeter security solutions, today announced that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded Safeguards Technology a five-year Schedule #84 contract, which is renewable for three additional five-year option periods.

Under the contract award, Safeguards Technology offers a variety of perimeter security solutions to federal agencies including: security bollards for controlling vehicle & pedestrian traffic, Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS) for point-of-entry vehicle scans, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) utilizing infrared, microwave, dual-technology, seismic, or fence vibration applications. Safeguards Technology also offers ancillary services for installation, training, testing, and repair of the products offered.
