Company making strides to exceed customer expectations

Duluth, GA – November 26, 2008– Tech Systems announced today it has received the Certificate of Registration for the ISO 9001:2000 compliant Quality Management System. Certification has been awarded by BSI of Reston VA, a world leader in independent quality assessments.

The ISO 9001:2000 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). To be certified to the standard, companies must implement a quality management system (QMS) which incorporates customer expectations into every aspect of a continually improving system of processes and results.

Certificate No. FS 540503 proves Tech Systems’ scope; the design, integration, and maintenance of electronic security products and enterprise systems for liability prevention and asset protection, as compliant with the ISO 9001:2000 requirements.

"Exceeding the expectations of our Client’s remains a must; simply meeting them will no longer suffice," said Darryl Keeler, President of Tech Systems. "In today’s business environment there is no room for complacency. Now that we’re an ISO 9001 registered company, the bar has been raised and our company has forever been changed to one that will be even further driven by quality and excellence in everything we do."

To earn the certification, Tech Systems underwent several months of assessments and auditing by BSI who examined documented procedures, records, measurements against objectives, improvement actions, and overall operations.

"Certifying our QMS to the ISO 9001:2000 standard was a voluntary decision," said Joy Creasy, Director of Training for Tech Systems. "We didn’t have to put ourselves under the microscope, but we saw the value in it for our clients and our future."

Recognized by more than 150 countries as the authority on quality, the ISO 9001:2000 standard places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, management responsibility, and continual improvement.
