ATEME SA, a world leader in H.264 video compression technology, today announced the appointment of Johnathon Howard, an industry veteran formerly of Avid Technology, as Vice President of Business Development.
Mr. Howard will be responsible for ATEME’s global business development strategy for broadcast and broadband video solutions. With a strong focus on web streaming, Mr. Howard will manage new and existing partnerships with key market players including Adobe Systems.
Prior to joining ATEME, Mr. Howard spent 13 years working with Avid Technology where he successfully rolled out global marketing strategies for broadcast and media solutions.
