Steve King appointed CFO of PSA

New CFO brings more than 20 years of experience to security firm

PSA Security Network announced Thursday the appointment of Steve King as chief financial officer, a position that will take advantage of his extensive business experience.

Steve King will be responsible for the full range of PSA’s financial activities. Additionally, he will oversee human resources and the information technology functions including member interface with Storefront, PSA’s automated system.

"I am excited to join PSA and look forward to the opportunities and challenges ahead as PSA transforms to stay relevant in the rapidly changing security industry," said King.

King brings over 20 years of financial experience to his new position. Prior to joining PSA, he was controller and director of finance for NanoProducts Corporation, a manufacturer of novel nanoparticles. Previously, he held CFO positions at two publicly traded companies, Industrialex Manufacturing, an industrial coating company, and Back Yard Burgers, an operator and franchisor of quick service restaurants. King began his career at Price Waterhouse in Memphis.

A native of Arkansas, Steve King is a CPA (inactive) who holds an MBA from the University of Memphis and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
