Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has named Rob Bayless as their new Northwest Regional Sales Manager. In this position, Rob will be responsible for developing new sales and providing on-going service to the DMP authorized dealers in his region, which includes Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.
"Our dealers appreciate dealing with sales people who truly understand their needs," said Vice President of Sales, Jeff McAleer. "Rob’s first-hand experience as the owner of his own security systems firm combined with his strong sales background will make him a valuable resource for the DMP dealers in his region. We’re excited to have Rob as part of the team."
Prior to joining DMP, Rob was sales manager for a Las Vegas-based home and residential security systems supplier. Before that, he built a strong security background as the owner of his own home security dealership, Minuteman Lock & Security. In addition to his skills as a locksmith, Rob is experienced with commercial alarms, access control, and CCTV technology.
Rob was born in Gardiner, ME. He is married with four children and lives in Meridian, ID.
