IE's SmartTRANS with PIN Readers Receive GSA approval

Integrated Engineering's readers accepted by GSA for FIPS 201 program

Amsterdam, 18th October 2006 - Integrated Engineering, a world leading powerhouse in the contactless smart card industry, announced today that its SmartTRANS with PIN has also been approved by the US General Services Administration (GSA) for the FIPS 201 program. After the approval of Integrated Engineering’s standard SmartTRANS reader, the SmartTRANS reader with PINpad has been included on the GSA Approved Products list.
