HOUSTON, TX, May 4 / MARKET WIRE/ --

First Capital International, Inc. The Company reports that its anti-terrorist Solution will be installed and conducted on one of the U.S. Merchant Marine ships at the Port of Houston operated by Croweley International for the U.S. Department of Transportation.
