Northrop Grumman Names VP of Security and Infrastructure Solutions

Albert Pisani appointed to coordinate services for IT solutions sector

MCLEAN, Va. - April 23, 2007 - Northrop Grumman Corporation has named Albert A. Pisani vice president of the security and infrastructure solutions for the company's Information Technology (IT) sector. Pisani reports to Linda Mills, president of Northrop Grumman IT's Civilian Agencies group.

As vice president of security and infrastructure solutions, Pisani will lead new business captures targeting the homeland security market, working closely with both homeland security and national intelligence clients.

"Albert has 18 years of intelligence community experience with Northrop Grumman and thoroughly understands our government customers in this area," said Mills. "His proven leadership and diverse business accomplishments will help our company grow as future security and infrastructure challenges evolve."

Prior to this appointment, Pisani was vice president for the Intelligence group's information superiority operating unit. Before that, he was vice president of homeland security, where he successfully integrated company solutions and services to address the homeland security market. He was also director of the national tactical and intelligence integration business, where he led efforts focused on systems engineering and integration of national intelligence solutions to provide quick acquisition and fielding of systems to support the military's tactical warfighters.

Pisani earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
