Fairport, New York -- Bosch Security Systems, a full-line manufacturer of high-quality security systems and components, is adding a host of pre-packaged Unity and Dinion indoor and outdoor camera configurations to its extensive product line. These pre-packaged cameras integrate a color or monochrome 1/3 inch or 1/2 inch camera with a choice of varifocal lens options (2.8 mm-10 mm or 5 mm-50 mm) for improved selection and installation flexibility. Standard and high resolution models, ranging from 370 to 540 TVL (TV Line), are available. The camera and lens are pre-installed at the factory, with back-focus adjusted and pre-wired through the housing base, making installation quick and easy. The cameras' plug and play design includes a feed-through mount and 1.5 m (5 ft) of cabling.
The added pre-packaged configurations include the award-winning Dinion and DinionXF high performance cameras in indoor and outdoor configurations and feature Bosch's innovative Bilinx technology for remote programming. Bilinx uses standard video cable to transmit alarm status messages, providing superior performance without additional installation steps.
Some new camera configurations consist of high resolution monochrome or color cameras with XF-Dynamic wide dynamic range and very low light capabilities. These technical innovations provide exceptional image quality in challenging ultra high contrast lighting conditions, from bright sunlight to areas of dark shadows. Five models of Dinion Day/Night cameras with 540 TVL color resolution and choices of 2.8 mm-12 mm or 5 mm-50 mm varifocal lenses are also available in pre-packaged configurations. By pre-configuring and pre-wiring the packages, Bosch takes the guesswork out of choosing, ordering and installing the best CCTV camera system for every environment.
