Subsidiary to provide Kidnap and Random Services

HOUSTON, TEXAS – September 27, 2007 – ASI Group, a leading provider of global risk-management services, is pleased to announce the formation of ASI Global, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary that provides a portfolio of crisis management, prevention and pre-incident services to private clients and families, financial institutions and major corporations worldwide. ASI Global delivers these services through its exclusively retained and regionally deployed K&R response consultants. The K&R Practice is exclusively retained by St. Paul Travelers Insurance.
