Medeco’s new Hybrid platform, consisting of dual technology RFID keys and cylinders, enables mechanical masterkey and electronic access control systems to be merged for greater flexibility, security, and convenience. The Hybrid™ Cylinder, which requires no wiring or related hardware, provides end-users the functionality of EAC without costly or specialized installation requirements. The Hybrid Key allows users to access any system configuration—mechanical, electronic, or mixed—with a single credential.
