Projects to include Viscount voice communications systems along with access control platform

Burnaby, British Columbia – Monday, March 19, 2007 - Viscount Systems Inc. announced today that the company has received orders to secure 7 buildings in Ontario, Canada. Each site will include MESH physical security and RFID access readers as well as Viscount voice communication systems. Installations will begin in late March and continue through April. The initial order is for approximately $50,000.

"Up until this point, most MESH shipments have been for new construction projects which were booked up to 3 years ago," noted President and CEO Stephen Pineau. "Since the release of MESH Enterprise last year we are also receiving increasing numbers of these orders for retrofit projects with immediate revenue. With MESH systems now in place in most major Canadian and U.S. cities our dealers are having increasing success in winning both new construction and retrofit projects."
