SuperCom signs OEM agreement with Defense Solutions

Will provide smart card and biometric identity verification technology

SuperCom (Euronext: SUP; OTCBB: SPCBF) subsidiary SuperCom, Inc., based in Northern Virginia, has signed an agreement with Defense Solutions, LLC to provide smart card and biometric identity verification technology for the Defense Solutions' Guardsman line of security doors.

In addition, SuperCom will provide Incident Site Management, Access Control, Communications Interoperability, and Electronic-ID solutions for Defense Solutions' clients.

"Our systems will form part of the technologies offered by Defense Solutions, and together we can revolutionize the way access control and electronic identity is processed worldwide," said SuperCom Inc.CEO Moshe Wolfson.

Defense Solutions CEO Colonel (Retired) Tim Ringgold said, "Our Guardsman Secure Access System already provides the highest security and protection of critical assets. Now we are also able to guarantee positive identification of anyone passing through our doors."

The agreement includes a minimum sales commitment of $1 million by Defense Solutions for SuperCom products in 2007. SuperCom expects revenue of $10.3-10.8 million this year, and that it will become operationally profitable by the fourth quarter.
