Las Vegas, NV (September 24, 2007) – Sielox, the leading provider of access control systems, has announced the availability of EasyLobby's SVM (Secure Visitor Management) software as an add-on software module for Sielox’s Pinnacle Access Control Solution. EasyLobby's suite of products provides complete, fast and secure visitor registration, web-based pre-registration, management, reporting and badge printing.
With the new integration module, Pinnacle customers will be able to issue different levels of card access to visitors, contractors and employees directly from the EasyLobby SVM visitor form. When a visitor or contractor is badged using SVM, the person’s name, their photo, the employee being visited, the access level to be granted, the card number and the expiration date/time is automatically passed from the SVM database to the Sielox Pinnacle access database, and the card is activated. In addition, when the person is checked out of EasyLobby, the Sielox Pinnacle database is immediately notified and the card is deactivated. Cards do not need to be pre-programmed, and they can be re-used.
