Robert Stout to lead sales at security analytics and video solutions firm Cernium

RESTON, Va., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Cernium Corporation, the commercial leader for analytics driven video solutions, today announced that Robert Stout has been appointed as national sales director. Mr. Stout 's current role as Director of Partner Programs will expand to include day-to-day management of the sales organization and oversight of sales operations.

Mr. Stout 's advancement is in concert with the company's long-term business growth strategy, as validated in recent months by several new customer wins, including the San Diego Trolley Corporation, and secured partnerships with influential organizations such as Toshiba's Surveillance &IP Video Products Group.

Mr. Stout 's experience includes more than 26 years in sales and marketing leadership positions for technology businesses, including Cisco, F-Secure, Nishan Systems and Procket Networks. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
