Bold Technologies Continues to Expand its Customer Services Department

March 14, 2006

With the rapid expansion of the Manitou customer base, Bold Technologies is continuing to expand the strength and depth of its customer services with the addition of four new employees, Jennifer Theobald, George “Matt” Brokaw, Rafael Rivera and Amy McRae.

Jennifer Theobald has joined Bold as support call director. As Bold continues its dynamic growth, her presence will ease support call routing and provide increased feedback to customers on scheduling and open items. Jennifer’s background in customer service and inside sales gives her the ability to provide Bold customers with a pleasant, organized and informed telephone contact. “I liked the up close and welcoming environment demonstrated at Bold Technologies,” commented Theobald. “I am looking forward to providing that same personal approach to our customers.”

Adding a new dimension in multi-lingual technical support, George “Matt” Brokaw and Rafael Rivera have joined Bold as technical support technicians. Both Brokaw and Rivera are fluent in English and Spanish and will provide customer service in both languages. They also bring a wealth of technical expertise from past customer support experience.

Originally from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Rafael Rivera spent over ten years at Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies. He brings a broad spectrum of IT experiences including Web Development, Project Management and Global Support of corporate financial systems and applications. With a degree in International Business from Pacific Union College in California, Rivera feels he is well prepared to support Bold. “I wanted to work for a company that had clear goals and objectives and also great people to work with.” said Rivera. “I believe that Bold Technologies will give me that opportunity.”

Matt Brokaw, who is A+ certified and completing his MCSE certification, was looking to get into the IT field and gain experience. Matt has eight years of customer service and management experience in a multi-million dollar operation. He expertly directed over 100 employees, demonstrating superb and timely delivery of service.

Theobald, Brokaw and Rivera will all report to support manager, Matt Narowski.

“I am excited to have Jennifer, Rafael and Matt on board,” said Narowski. “They all have great customer service skills and already proving themselves an asset to the team.”

Amy McRae, who comes to Bold Technologies from Honeywell, is the company’s new technical writer. She has a degree in Marketing from Colorado State University and is multi-lingual (English, German, French and Spanish). With her previously experience in communications, public affairs, technical writing and training, McRae will be a vital part of Bold’s writing department. “I was drawn to the positive and easy going work environment where the focus is on a high quality product and world-class support. I’m looking forward to growing with Bold.” McRae will report to Chuck Speck, Director of Operations.
