The Citadel acquisition represents almost $1.7 million in annual revenues serving commercial customers in Arkansas and Texas.
Management also announces its intention to move the Company's headquarters from Houston to Dallas and expects to complete the transition within ninety days. This move may involve the relocation of some holding company employees.
