    AhnLab and Sensory Networks Announce High-Performance OEM Gateway Antivirus Solution

    Companies announce NodalCore accelerated AhnLab Antivirus running at gigabit speeds and AhnLab's TrusGuard appliance

    Seoul South Korea - AhnLab, an industry-leading security solutions and services provider and Sensory Networks, the leader in acceleration technology for network security applications, today announced the next-generation product NodalCore accelerated AhnLab Antivirus, a high-performance application layer security solution based on AhnLab's leading anti-virus technology.

    Integrating V3Engine, AhnLab's advanced anti-virus technology, with Sensory Network's hardware-acceleration technology, this new solution is suitable for network security appliance vendors world-wide that require a branded high-performance OEM Anti-virus gateway solution as part of their security appliance feature set. AhnLab and Sensory Networks plan to distribute this OEM solution to Sensory Network's customers as well as network security appliance customers world-wide.

    The V3Engine is AhnLab's core technology for their flagship V3 product line, the most famous anti-virus solution in Korea. It has received numerous accolades including the Virus Bulletin 100% award, Anti-Virus Checkmark Level 1 and 2 and the Trojan Checkmark, awarded only to anti-virus solutions that can detect the most common and dangerous malicious codes that belong to Wild List. AhnLab has distributed the V3Engine through many global security companies including Sybari Software, Blue Coat Systems, and NetDevices. AhnLab’s TrusGuard network security appliance preserves the corporate network security by effectively scanning and blocking frequent worms, spyware, DoS and network scanning attacks.
