OzVision Appoints Joe Grillo to Board of Directors

Global security industry veteran brings strong technology and operational leadership experience

WOBURN, Mass. - OzVision, the leading developer of remote video compression technology for the security, cellular telecommunications and data communications industries, today announced it has appointed Joe Grillo to its board of directors. Grillo is currently executive vice president, ASSA ABLOY and president and CEO of its Global Technologies Division.

While serving as chief operating officer (COO), HID was acquired by ASSA ABLOY and Joe was promoted to president and CEO. He was then appointed president and CEO of ASSA ABLOY's Identification Technology Group when the group was formed in January 2002. Joe has also served as president of the Security Industry Association (SIA) and is a member in ASIS International.
