Bischof is a seven-year veteran with Delta Scientific, most recently working out of Deltaâ€™s Lorton, Va. Product Support Division.Â He has been involved in basically every type of vehicle control installation, including those protecting facilities from car and truck bombings.Â While with the United State Department of States, Bischof, started up the agencyâ€™s vehicle barrier maintenance program for overseas contracts.
