Industry veteran Michelle Johnson has joined the ranks of the Tri-Ed Distribution staff. Johnson, who has served the Los Angeles security community for 17 years in various capacities, is putting her time and talent to work as Branch Manager for Tri-Ed Distribution's Garden Grove branch.
Johnson spent the first five years of her career working for several Los Angeles area contractors. She went on to work for a large national security distributor for some ten years. Michelle left to join Annixter, where she remained until launching her own manufacturer's rep firm in Southern California.
The prospect of joining Tri-Ed appealed to her and she has jumped into the opportunity wholeheartedly. "I don't want to leave at the end of the day! Tri-Ed is a top-notch distributor and has so much potential. We work hard and smart. I want to help make Tri-Ed as successful as I know it can be."
Johnson has worked tirelessly over the years to serve the needs of California's Alarm Association and its members. She devoted her time for several years to the CAA Convention Committee and has also served as the Associate Director for the Greater Los Angeles Security Alarm Association (GLASAA).
