Bilingual Support Increases as Carlos Perez Joins Bold

Alarm monitoring technology company adds bilingual tech support with new hire

With Bold Technologies continued commitment and success in the South American market, the company has taken steps to increase it bilingual support with the addition of Carlos Perez.

As Bold's new technical support representative, Perez will offer customers technical support and bilingual assistance when needed. He will travel to customer sites, provide training and help with implementation.

Before joining Bold, Perez worked in the IT department as a consolidated service desk specialist for Compassion International, an organization that provides food, shelter, education and health care, as well as Christian training for poor children around the world.
