Edward Wagner, co-founder and co-publisher of Security Dealer and Security Industry & Product News (a precursor to the current trade magazine Security Dealer & Integrator), passed away Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008. He was in his late 80s.
Wagner, along with Rudi Maschke, founded PTN Publishing Co. in the 1950s and later went on to publish Security Dealer. Photographic Trade News (PTN) is still published by Cygnus Business Media.Other publications in the original company included Studio Photography.
