Privaris selects Jeff Wiebell as SVP, Enterprise Solutions

Wiebell brings experience from Johnson Controls, Pinkerton Systems and Sensormatic

Privaris, a provider of personal, wireless identity verification solutions, announced that it has expanded its executive team to include industry veteran Jeff Wiebell as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions.

In the role, Wiebell is responsible for driving Privaris' enterprise sales and adoption strategy in the United States as well as overseas.

Wiebell brings more than twenty years of experience in the integrated electronic security industry to Privaris, and has specialized in the design and implementation of high technology solutions that harden security while lowering clients' costs and bringing a return on investment. Wiebell will leverage his deep expertise in biometric access and identity management systems to propel the continued adoption of Privaris' plusID solutions in enterprise environments.

Prior to joining Privaris, Wiebell ran large electronic security solutions teams at Johnson Controls, Pinkerton Systems (Securitas) and Sensormatic (Tyco). He has been the CEO and President of SenTech, an RF Electronic Asset Surveillance systems manufacturer, and owner operator of Secure View Systems, a top security solutions firm in Hawaii. Wiebell is also an international security expert recently advising the Chinese government on security technologies at a recent Olympic Security Summit in Beijing and Shanghai. He has worked with the top Columbian CSI Firm, assisted Accenture in connecting their security operations in India (Mumbai and Bangalore), and consulted business leaders on critical infrastructure security in London, Mexico City and Trinidad. In addition, Wiebell has worked in the Pentagon and provided advanced technology solutions to many U.S. government agencies.
