Unique visitor badges can be printed on any inkjet or laser printer

Orlando, FL -- Temtec, a Brady Worldwide Business, is unveiling their new ink jet and laser printable visitor management ID badges, incorporating the company’s patented time expiring technology. The new TIMEjet Expiring Badges, which change color over time, are the first and only expiring badges that work with virtually any inkjet or laser printer. The new TIMEjet Expiring Badges are available on 4” x 6” sheets with 2 badges per sheet and accommodate users’ most common visitor management badging requirements.

“Temtec’s TEMPbadge® line of time expiring badges provide security professionals with a highly efficient means of managing and monitoring who enters and exits their facility,” said Dana Milkie, General Manager, Temtec-STOPware, A Brady Worldwide Business. “Our new TIMEjet Expiring Badges further improves efficiency by allowing users to print badges utilizing their existing inkjet and laser printers and any visitor management software.”

Unlike conventional badges, Temtec’s new TIMEjet Expiring Badges change color from white to red after a specific length of time (expiration times available are half day, full day, one week and one month) providing security personnel with instant visual indication of a user’s status. As a result, they cannot be reused, altered or transferred like conventional paper badges. In addition, TIMEjet Expiring Badges can be used with any visitor management software on virtually any inkjet or laser printer to deliver the highest levels of visual security.
