Matthew Kushner charged to lead company following recent acquisition of Schneider Electric

Integral Technologies has named Matthew M. Kushner as its new president and CEO. Kushner is charged with leading Integral into a new era of providing comprehensive security solutions to the world wide security markets. With the recent acquisition by Schneider Electric, Integral is now focused as Schneider's core security company and will lead the company by providing a complete line of digital video management systems, electronic access control products and seamlessly integrated security solutions.

"With this new organization Integral is now ready to take a much more assertive and aggressive leading role in the security industry." stated Kushner. "We will be taking on new initiatives intended to spawn unprecedented growth and penetration into the market place. An entirely new face on the company will become apparent."

A 17-year veteran of the security industry, Kushner brings a breadth of insight and expertise to Integral. For the past year, Kushner served as vice president of sales for Integral Technologies. He recently served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Telular, a manufacturer and provider of alarm systems using cellular transmission. Prior to this, he was the director of national account sales for ADEMCO Group, a manufacturer of electronic security equipment. Kushner also held senior management positions with Versus Technology and Base Ten Telecom, both manufacturers of alarm communications equipment.

"This is an exciting time for Integral Technologies," stated Kushner. "The challenges we face as we move forward are great. We have shown the industry that Integral Technologies can deliver cutting edge technology that is a step ahead of the competition. Now we must focus and continue to deliver on that reputation."

Under Kushner's direction, Integral recently launched a series of new product introductions at the recent ASIS show in Dallas including 360 degree camera vision, intelligent video analysis and network video recorders, as well as integrated access control systems.
