First Capital Intl Signs Major Russian Surveillance Contract

Company to implement its surveillance system at Russian distillery plants

First Capital International, Inc., the designer and manufacturer of its prepackaged VIP Systems -- a state-of-the-art video surveillance security solution, announced today that the company just signed an agreement with the leading Russian vodka producer -- Topaz Distillery -- to install its VIP Systems new video surveillance and video teleconferencing system at the various Topaz Distillery plants throughout Russia. The vompany is reporting that the first of these pilot installations will take place in January 2005.

Additionally, the company is actively pursuing several proposals in Russia combining its applications of both video surveillance and video teleconferencing.

"This is our second year working in the Russian market," said James Gooch, vice president of technology for First Capital International. Mr. Gooch went on to further state: "This project will serve as a communication technology model for large Russian enterprises and will serve to open a substantial commercial market for our products.''

Recently, the company successfully tested its new, anti-terrorist technology, which offers direct video contact with an Active Link feature, enabling remote engine shutdown in "real time,'' at the Port of Houston on the Cape Texas ship belonging to MARAD (the U.S. Maritime Agency).
