MDI Expands Sales Organization and Technical Support Services Team

Company hires several new regional sales managers, regional sales engineers and technical support services personnel

SAN ANTONIO -- MDI Security Systems, the foundation of MDI, Inc., a recognized leader in delivering open, integrated security management and video security solutions, today announced the hire of several new Regional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Engineers and Technical Support Services personnel.

The company's latest additions to the sales organization include Johnny Main, covering the Southern sales region, Ray Keddington covering the North West sales region, Cliff Stormark, covering the South East sales region and Alan Strauber, covering the North East sales region. These individuals have a deep background in the security market serving over 15 years each in their respective professions. Additionally, the company plans to expand their inside sales department to help support and drive revenue in the small-to-middle market sector promoting iTRUST, integrated physical security solution, ViewPoint, digital video recorder and digital video products and nTEGRITY, access control readers.

MDI continues to expand its technical support service team, TrustedSupport, with the addition of three new employees. The company's TrustedSupport team offers multiple levels of tiered support services geared to providing cost effective services that address each unique customer and dealer need.

In addition to the new hires, MDI continues to expand key areas of the company including field engineers, integration technicians, programmers to facilitate custom integration and troubleshooting and manufacturer representatives.
