Glenn Hann Joins COPS Monitoring as IT Manager

COPS Monitoring has named Glenn Hann as its new IT manager. In this position, he will oversee a staff of IT professionals and programmers who provide technical support for the company’s three locations nationwide.

“My goal is to streamline the operations of the IT department, always keeping the needs of our customers in mind,” Hann said. “Working together as a team, we can further enhance COPS’ already high standard of customer satisfaction.”

Hann has been involved in information technology for more than 20 years. Prior to joining COPS, he worked in the maritime industry. He currently chairs a technology committee for the U.S. Coast Guard, Port of Philadelphia.

Glenn Hann will be based in the company’s Williamstown, N.J., corporate headquarters.
