VistaScape Names Lynch President and COO

Previously the executive vice president, P.J. Lynch now promoted to president and chief operating officer

VistaScape Security Systems announced today the promotion of P.J. Lynch to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) reporting to VistaScape’s Chairman and CEO, Glenn McGonnigle. Previously, Lynch held the title of Executive Vice President.

As President and COO, Lynch is responsible for all operational aspects of VistaScape’s business including engineering, professional services, sales, and marketing. Prior to joining VistaScape in 2004, Lynch served as a Vice President at NCR Corporation’s Retail Systems Division.

VistaScape also announced the appointment of Milan Vaclavik as Director, Business Development. Vaclavik is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VistaScape’s channel partners and ensuring their success in implementing VistaScape solutions.

Vaclavik was most recently Director of Channel Marketing for GE Security, where he created and implemented the first channel sales program that encompassed the entire line of GE security products. Previously, he held positions at LEXISNEXIS, Reciprocal, Solbright, and Lotus Development. He earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
