Security networking provider to hold training in Vegas for dealers

BURNABY, BC -- Viscount Systems announced the company has completed its first MESH certification conference. The conference and training was held in Las Vegas with dealers and attendees from California, Nevada and Arizona. Separate training sessions were held for installation technicians and sales representatives. The next conference is scheduled for Oct. 17-18 in Toronto, with attendees from Eastern Canada. The conference will be in coordination with Viscount's participation at the Canadian Security Association convention being held from Oct. 18-20. Additional programs are being prepared for full North American training by the end of the year.

"The interest in MESH continues to increase and our certification process is a key stage in transforming dealers who have expressed interest or are doing a pilot install to full commitment," noted Stephen Pineau, President and CEO of Viscount. "As a new architecture, it is critical that our dealers are trained both on the new benefits that MESH offers but on the savings in material and time involved with installing systems. Many of the companies in attendance have projects booked and found the training will be instrumental to increase the focus and comfort they have in selling and installing MESH."
