What Is It?
Security Technology & Design's Voice of the Expert seminar tour is the first Regional Touring Seminar series formed to promote the ideals of constructive communication between security end user professionals, technology leaders and systems integrators. These one-day seminars are designed to be high intensity workshops that will provide technology companies a venue to not only introduce cutting edge solutions, but sit face-to-face with end users and integrators to discuss real world options and applications. This is not a selling seminar, it is a solutions forum.
Trade shows that showcase 800-plus companies are overwhelming at best. The Voice of the Expert tours allow for no-nonsense one-on-one discussions on technology application, strategic planning, budgeting and implementation amongst invited technology sponsors, high-profile systems integrators and security end users.
What's The Format?
This one-day seminar will focus on each of four technology topics, including CCTV Surveillance Solutions, Enterprise-wide Access Control, Biometric Technology & Applications, and Security Convergence. Technology vendors, assisted by a systems integration mentor and/or end user will offer technology & application presentations in the morning. Later that afternoon, peer-to-peer roundtable workshops will have a technology vendor and integrators rotating from table-to-table stations to address specific technology, design and management concerns from security end users.
One of the industry's top technology experts will close the day with an overview on the trends and findings of the day.
