FaceKey Enters Reseller Agreement with Alpha Net Communications

SAN ANTONIO -- FaceKey Corporation, a biometrics technology provider that specializes in access and security control, announced that the Company has signed a Reseller Agreement with Alpha Net Communications to market and sell the Company's biometric technology. Alpha Net Communications (ANC) is a San Antonio-based provider of Information Technology Consulting Services throughout the State of Texas. ANC's primary area of expertise is the installation and support of wireless Local Area Networks (LAN) that can connect several office buildings in a corporate campus setting.

"This latest reseller agreement with Alpha Net will allow FaceKey to diversify the Company's approach to distributing its products to the corporate marketplace," commented Yevgeny B. FaceKey Corporation has significantly expanded the reseller base of the Company's biometric products in recent months. These agreements are the result of a strategic initiative by the Company to shift its focus from research and development of commercial biometric technologies to the widespread marketing and distribution of their developed products.
