IPIX Security announces the integration of its Full-360 degree video surveillance technology with products offered by ipConfigure, JDS Digital Security Systems and SecurteX Digital

IPIX Security, a premium supplier of intelligent video surveillance systems, today announced the integration of its Full-360 degree video surveillance technology with products offered by ipConfigure, JDS Digital Security Systems and SecurteX Digital. DVR/NVR applications offered by these companies will now have enhanced functionality to view, record and replay high resolution 360-degree video.

"JDS chose IPIX technology because it is a pure IP solution, has no moving parts, and is a solid development platform," said Joe Marchese, President, JDS Digital Security. "Their integration tool kit enabled us to implement the advanced features very quickly which will enable users to add full motion IP live display, record, and control within minutes of applying the technology. Coupling this to an IPIX camera system that is superior to High Definition video is a classic one-two punch."

"With the ability to record 360 degrees continuously, the IPIX CommandView Dome camera is a superior alternative to the traditional PTZ camera," said Christopher Uiterwyk, ipConfigure. "The integration of IPIX technology allows us to provide our customers with increased awareness and reliability," he continued.

"SecurteX Digital has been developing DVR products for 8 years and sees IPIX as the most important breakthrough technology ever added," said Ted Humphrey, President SecurteX Digital. "Being able to view and record an entire 360-degree scene means never missing an event -- which is critical."

"The integration of IPIX technology with these and other leading security application partners guarantees that small installations are able to obtain the same advantages offered to enterprise solutions for the only true 360-degree surveillance technology," said Clara Conti, President & CEO, IPIX Corporation.
