Indianapolis -- Integral Technologies recently announced the appointment of Jack E. Lyons to the position of Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lyons possesses over 14 years of industry experience, bringing a wealth of leadership skills and accounting expertise to the Integral Technologies management team.
Lyons has spent much of his career in the security industry, with significant experience at several industry leaders. Lyons served as Truevision's Accounting Manager for over 7 years, gaining extensive, firsthand knowledge of the industry.
Since 1997, Lyons has been employed with Integral Technologies as director of finance and controller. His substantial accounting experience and history working in the security systems market make him an excellent candidate for the CFO position.

Lyons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. He is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.
